Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched, free of charge. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled — but you may still return it after delivery under our return policy.

How to cancel

• Email info@glassclassy.com with your order ID and we will cancel it if it has not yet been packed.
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are credited within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations by us

In rare cases we may cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, the address is unserviceable or the order is flagged as suspicious. You will receive a full refund in such cases.
