Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

  • Email info@glassclassy.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup at your address (where pin code is serviceable).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange in the same window — subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Innerwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
